The ProphetScore™ technology analyzes each resort property’s historical sales prospect and buyer data; enriches each record with 1,000s of demographic, psychographic and behavioral attributes; and then applies advanced predictive modeling techniques to identify those prospects with highest likelihood to purchase. This then becomes a “filter” to screen future prospects, potentially increasing sales productivity by 4x over the current conversion metrics.
Overlaying the system is a proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) interface which optimizes the predictive modeling so it continues to grow “smarter” and more efficient over time. ProphetScore has drawn early praise from vacation ownership industry leaders, who are now exploring additional applications beyond marketing to increase operational efficiencies in customer service and finance.
